I took our HP laptop to Tait because it took forever to boot up and open simple things like email, etc. Tait diagnosed the issue, made the update and now the computer runs 100 times better than the day we bought it new. Highly recommend. Fair pricing and fast service.

Nothing but great things to say about Herrington Solutions. When I called about the internet service they offered, they were at my home 2 days later to explain everything. After signing up with them we had great internet! Fast enough to play the XBox. A couple times in the first year, it was a little slow. Herrington solutions responded immediately and fixed the problem. We have 2 computers and 4 cell phones working off the internet at any given time and everyone is satisfied. We have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.

This guy and his team provided everything we needed relating to internet and security for a secure government regulated facility. This included an extensive network of cameras with remote access and electrical back-up in case of power loss. I liked what they we're able to do so much that I had them provide internet and a couple cameras at my house too. If you're stressing about internet or cameras for your home or business, reach out to these guys, they we're a huge help for me and I wish I called them sooner...

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Does Herrington Solutions offer internet in Alcona County?

Yes. We provide wireless internet service throughout Alcona County, including Harrisville, Lincoln, Greenbush, Mikado, Spruce, Barton City, Curran, Glennie, and surrounding rural areas.

Do I qualify for service at my address?

Coverage depends on the wireless signal available at your specific property. We’ll start with a free phone-based signal analysis. If your location looks promising, we can perform an on-site signal test before installation.

Is this satellite internet?

No. Our service uses wireless LTE/5G networks rather than a satellite connection. This makes it a strong alternative for many rural Alcona County homes, cabins, and businesses.

How quickly can I get connected?

Once we determine that your location qualifies, we’ll work with you to schedule the signal test and installation. Because we’re local, the process is handled directly by Herrington Solutions rather than a national call center.

Can you provide internet to cabins and seasonal homes?

Yes. We work with many rural homes, cottages, cabins, vacation properties, and seasonal residences throughout Northern Michigan.
